Viv demonstrated good know-how on the approach for the sale of the unit in the current market. He has been effective in communication through out the process. He has been accommodative to schedule inspections in a timely manner not to disrupt current residence arrangement and yet not miss any possible leads. His patience and persistence are certainly a plus.
